People TV is a Malayalam television channel based in Trivandrum. It was launched by Malayalam Communications Limited. Mammootty, a leading Malayalam film actor, holds the post of Chairman and John Brittas is Managing Director. The channel focuses on news and current issues. People TV introduced on-camera sting operations to Malayalam television journalism on a limited basis.
Reporter TV
Reporter TV is a Malayalam news channel owned and operated by Indo-Asian News channel Pvt Ltd. It was launched on 13 May 2011. During the time of launch Reporter TV was the first HD news channel from South India. Reporter TV is a Left Liberal leaning Malayalam television news channel. Media One TV
Media One TV is a Malayalam news channel owned and operated by Madhyamam Broadcasting Limited. It was launched on 10 February 2013. The main Studio is located at Velliparamba, Kozhikode. T.K Farook is the Executive Director, Abdul Majeed M is the Chief Executive Officer, O Abdurahman is the group editor (madhyamam-media one) and CL Thomas is the chief editor.
