Ultimate energetic chicken dosha

Dosha is one of the main breakfast dish of keralites. But we have not heared much about those who eat non vegetarian dosha. We have prepared a delicious and different type of dosha with chicken..


Boneless chicken 2 cup
Onion 1 (cut it into pieces)
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
chilly powder 1 tea spoon
salt how it needed
pepper powder 1 tea spoon
dosha flour how many you needed
oil 3 tea spoon

How it prepared

Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder to an hour. If you put in the night before, it is better. Fry the chicken in a pan with some oil. In the same pan, you should fry the chilly and onion. Boil the onion until it becomes well fried. Then add the onion and green chillies. Then add the fried chicken into this. And after add the salt powder and pepper powder into this. Then mix it well. Finally spread this mixed flour in a heated pan and make the dosha.
